Little Stranger and Tiny Star (with his bendable,
pliable legs) are the main characters in
the award winning children's books Stranger in
the Woods and Lost in the Woods.
We discovered
Little Loon when we heard his call emanating
from a basket of toys in a country store in New
Hampshire, not far from Squam Lake where the
call of the loon is a nightly occurrence. When
you squeeze his chest you'll get an actual
recording of a loon produced by the Cornell Lab
of Ornithology. As for Barney, he may seem a
little scary at first, but he's actually the
softest and cuddliest of our plush forest
friends and is our #1 best seller.
