An amazing cross between a bike and a scooter for kids 2 to 6. The Pedobike has no pedals and no training wheels and is a very safe and incredibly fun way to learn to ride a bike. And it's a great freewheeling experience for kids who already know how. Popular in Europe and now every kid in the USA wants one!

Made in a little town in Germany by Holz-Hoerz, an environmentally and socially responsible company that uses and supports local suppliers and only uses wood from sustainable forests and rubber that is Phthalate-free.

Pedobike specs:
Made with wood harvested from sustainable forests. Multiple bonded birch plywood frame for toughness and resiliency. Treated with environmentally friendly linseed oil instead of varnish. Wheels are wooden disks without dangerous finger catching spokes. Solid wood handlebars with rubber covers at the ends. Rubber parts are Phthalate-free. 12" inflatable rubber tires insure good traction on curvy, sandy or rough terrain and will not mark floors or carpets. Seat cushion attaches with Velcro and is easily removable and washable. Includes tools stored inside the frame (for quick assembly and height adjustment). Seat can be adjusted from 12" to 18.5" off the ground. Lightweight: 8.5 lbs.

Engraved name plate.
Wooden name plate that screws to the front of the Pedobike. Hand engraved with a name, initials or favorite number. $15.00 plus $2.50 for shipping Email us with specific engraving instructions after you place your order or just tell us to leave it plain so you can add your own lettering or artwork.

Water bottle.
Includes a holder that screws easily to the front fork. $9.50 plus $2.50 for shipping.

Kick-stand.
Makes "parking" a Pedobike easy; outdoors or at home. $15.00 plus $2.50 for shipping.

Tow/carrying strap.
Can be used by a child to carry a Pedobike over his/her shoulder (like a handbag) or it can be attached to the handlebar so a grownup can tow a child while he/she is seated on the bike. $9.50 plus $2.50 for shipping.

Brake.
Not at all necessary for everyday use and only recommended for use in rugged terrain by athletic children who are experienced Pedobikers. $49.00 plus $2.50 for shipping.

Horsehead.
Turns the Pedobike into a "running horse". Gets screwed to the front plate (no drilling necessary). $25.00 plus $2.50 for shipping.
