We ship in-stock items within

USPS First Class or Priority Mail or UPS
Ground. Shipping usually takes
2-5 business days.

need rush delivery. Some items, including
rustic signs and furniture, take longer as noted
in their product descriptions. With the exception of
very heavy items, we charge flat rates for
shipping within the continental United States.
These rates are disclosed upfront so you are not
surprised at checkout. If you are purchasing
multiple items, we will try to ship them in one
carton; size, shape and weight permitting. If we
are able to do so, the sum of the flat rate
shipping charges for the individual items may
exceed our actual cost and we will credit your
account for the difference within 24 hours of
shipment.

wait a few days before shipping your order. Note:
We use PayPal to process all
of our credit card transactions because we
believe it is the most secure payment processing
system in the world. However, you don't have to
sign-up with PayPal
to pay with a credit card. The
PayPal system will prompt you to open a PayPal
account, but you don't have to. |

| If it was our
fault and you received the wrong item or a
defective item, we'll pay for its return and
ship a replacement to you at no charge. Merchandise without any visible signs of use may be returned
in its original packaging for any
other reason within 30 days for full credit (less
original freight charges and, if applicable,
re-stocking charges). We reserve the right to
deduct a re-stocking charge of up to 10% for
returns of ski, snowshoe, log furniture, other rustic
furniture and hammock chairs. Please

advance before returning any item. |

share your email address or any
other personal information you
provide to us when you purchase
products in our General Store or
send us an email. If we have your
email address, we may send you
information about our website,
products or services from time to
time. You can opt out at any time by
following the instructions at the
bottom of our emails or you can send a separate email

generalstore@snowsource.com
asking to be removed from our
mailing list.
A few
of our items are dropped shipped
from our suppliers. In those cases,
we do provide your name and shipping
address to the supplier on a
confidential basis. Our suppliers do
not get your email address or phone
number unless required by their
shipper.
We use PayPal to process
our transactions and PayPal will not rent, sell or
share your personal information
except to the minimum extent
necessary to obtain approval if you
use a credit card to make a
