call before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day,
your order will be shipped on the same day.
We ship in-stock
items on the next business day via USPS First
Class or Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Delivery
usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Some items, including
rustic signs and furniture, take longer as noted
in their product descriptions. With the exception of
very heavy items, we charge flat rates for
shipping within the continental United States.
These rates are disclosed upfront so you are not
surprised at checkout. If you are purchasing
multiple items, we will try to ship them in one
carton; size, shape and weight permitting. If we
are able to do so, the sum of the flat rate
shipping charges for the individual items may
exceed our actual cost and we will credit your
account for the difference within 24 hours of

We use PayPal to process all
of our credit card transactions because we
believe it is the most secure payment processing
system in the world. However, you don't have to
sign-up with PayPal
to pay with a credit card. The
PayPal system will prompt you to open a PayPal
account, but you don't have to.
Pay by check... the old-fashioned way!
Make your check or money order payable to SnowSource General Store and
mail to the post office box address above. Include a note with
your shipping name and address and the item(s)
you are purchasing. Be sure to include the
applicable shipping charge keeping in mind that
there is no shipping charge for FREE items. Add
5% sales tax to the merchandise total for items
to be shipped to Maine.
|If it was our
fault and you received the wrong item or a
defective item, we'll pay for its return and
ship a replacement to you at no charge.
Except for customized items such as ski
furniture and artwork, merchandise without any visible signs of use may
be returned in its original packaging for any
reason within 30 days for full credit (less
original freight charge). We reserve the right
to deduct a re-stocking charge of up to 15% for
returns of non-defective items that had free
email or call us in
advance before returning any item.
Ski or snowshoe furniture that was built to
order may be be returned within 30
days for a refund of the original merchandise
price less a 20% re-stocking charge. Custom
orders that are cancelled after we have started
our work are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
SnowSource will not rent, sell or
share your email address or any
other personal information you
provide to us when you purchase

list. If you join our
email list, we will send you
information about our
products and/or special offers from time to
time, but not more than four (4)
times a year. You can opt out at any time by
following the instructions at the
bottom of our emails.
Some of our products are dropped shipped
from our suppliers. In those cases,
we do provide your name and shipping
address to the supplier on a
confidential basis. Our drop-ship suppliers
never get your email address. We may
give them your phone number if
requested by UPS..
