A great aerobic workout.
"Running is too hard on my knees, but I
need to be in shape for skiing the glades at Jay
Peak, Burke, Saddleback and Sugarloaf. So I take a
power walk every day. This keeps my knees
and leg tuned-up and provides some aerobic
exercise. But now that I have my Nordic
Trekker fitness poles, I can strengthen my legs, get an
extra aerobic kick and a workout on my upper
body all at the same time. I think Nordic
