Mountain Boggans are true classic toboggans, made by hand with only the best materials. The steam-bent planks are knot-free, flexible basswood with hand-carved willow crosspieces. The curl in the front is big enough for an adult to tuck his/her feet up in there, and the rope is extra long. Built with stainless steel screws and genuine leather grommets, with a lead-free marine-grade finish that gracefully weathers the elements.

The Slalom is a cross between a flyer sled and a toboggan. Beautiful molded beechwood plywood thickly coated with lead-free, marine-grade finish, full-pivot steering, slippery plastic runners, stainless steel hardware and extra long rope. It can be used as a sled by one person riding it face down or sitting up or as a toboggan seating one or two adults or up to three children.

Shipping and availability: FedEx Ground shipping in the continental U.S. is $19.00 for the Slalom, $29.00 for the 4-foot and $39.00 for the 6-foot Mountain Boggan. Our cost to ship an 8-foot Mountain Boggan is over $100.00 (because it's considered "oversized), but we'll split the cost with you and only charge $49.00. Shipping of pads is 5.00. Figure on 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Email or call us if you need rush delivery in the U.S. or a quote for shipping to Canada. Custom engraving takes a couple of days longer. If you are ordering custom engraving, send us an email immediately after you place your order telling us which letters you want. We want to be sure to get it exactly right.
