bikers, runners and, for that matter, anyone who wants
to have fun while exercising. If you're "old" enough to
remember bongo boards, Indo Boards are similar, but are
designed to a higher level of ergonomics and efficiency.
All Indo Boards purchased from SnowSource come with an
explanatory DVD and your choice of either a traditional
roller (we recommend this option for most users - see
the black cylindrical roller in the picture below) or an IndoFlo cushion (easier for
beginners - see the black round cushion in the picture
below). You can also
buy an "extra" board if you want to switch
colors/themes.
